You have probably spent a lot of time setting up coaching programmes for other people, and yet HR people don’t often get the benefits of coaching for themselves. With this in mind, we have developed a programme that is specifically for you and your HR colleagues.

  • Between six and ten 1:1 face-to-face online coaching sessions per individual. 

  • Sessions typically lasting two hours.

  • Team or group sessions as well as one-to-one coaching.
