Almost all high achievers have mentors to guide them, encourage them and make the of their potential
We have made coaching central to what we do at Dynamic Coach
A coaching ethos has always been part of our business model. Our naturally collaborative approach has not only helped teams and organisations achieve their goals but has enabled individuals to grow and achieve theirs.
Coaching and the benefits for you
You have probably spent a lot of time setting up coaching programmes for other people, and yet HR people don’t often get the benefits of coaching for themselves. With this in mind, we have developed a programme that is specifically for you and your HR colleagues.
When can coaching be an effective tool?
Coaching can be effective in a wide range of situations. There may be a particular trigger - such as the start of a new and challenging role, when struggling with an under-performing team, or when responding to a tricky piece of feedback - but there doesn’t have to be.
How does it work?
The coaching process can appear deceptively simple. It is, after all, essentially a series of structured discussions between two people working to achieve a breakthrough in the coachee’s personal development and performance. As is often the case though, the quality of the results is highly dependent on good preparation and set up.
Our coaching support is tailored completely to your unique needs and goals. We are able to offer a powerful and complementary blend of non-directive coaching techniques, consultancy skills and broad-based personal experience.
A typical programme could be something like:
Between six and ten 1:1 face-to-face online coaching sessions per individual.
Sessions typically lasting two hours.
The flexibility of additional support by alternative means (telephone and email).
Use of psychometric or 360 degree feedback tools (if appropriate).
Access to our online library of HR research.
Team or group sessions as well as one-to-one coaching.
At Dynamic HR Coach we strongly believe in the added value of both coaching and mentoring, which are related yet different methodologies, for bringing out the best in your people.
